Mission: The Islamic Center of San Diego offers to provide pre-burial needs of the community members in the most expeditious, courteous, and economical manner. 

It is the duty of Muslim community to perform the religious obligations of Islamic burial (Genaza) that consists of ritual body wash (Ghusl), shroud (kafan) and Genaza prayer for each deceased Muslim, and this preparation for Islamic burial must comply with California codes, and performed by experienced professionals;

What to do when death occurs ?

Start with choosing cemetery that has Islamic burial site or graves.
Then contact Mortuary Service that applies Islamic rituals and handle pre-burial processes.
